As an established market infrastructure player, Fundsquare S.A. provides services to support and standardise cross-border distribution of investment funds. Fundsquare’s main objective is to foster relationships between professional investors and funds. In that context, the Client Solution & Operations department is delivering and managing state-of-the-art mutualized solutions.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking to recruit a:

Client Service Manager (m/f)

 

Key objectives

A CSM guarantees the support to the client and is the coordinator of all client service related support activities:

  • Superior 1st level business and operational support, client request handling towards 2nd or 3rd support levels and monitoring of all due inquiries
  • Responsibility of client on-boarding and setup: administrative and process support, configuration of client accounts (set-up) along with the on-boarding process
  • Training of clients on new products: Explanation of functional specifications to clients to support to better understand the way the platform works and how to use it
  • Identification, research, and resolution of client issues using proprietary company software

 

Job responsibilities and duties

The Client Service Manager will support the Head of the Client Service Management Team in his responsibility to ensure outstanding service. He/She will provide general client support once a client has decided to on-board the platform, including functional and administrative support. In your role, you will show our clients how they can maximize the benefits with the help of our product solutions. In addition, he/she will play a supportive role in data research to identify trends within the funds space and optimize the sales process with the view of improving sales. His/Her responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Ability to provide exceptional client service to our Global clientele
  • Responsibility for the day-to-day customer relationship
  • Conduction of regular service reviews on operational level to improve service quality and client satisfaction
  • Maintenance, validation, change proposals, etc. on the existing CRM tool
  • Collection and analysis of data for marketing and sales purposes: feed of the client relationship management process

 

Skills and background

Experience / skills

  • Awareness of the regulatory environment for funds and other financial institutions in the domestic but also other regulated markets
  • Crisis management skills: able to set priorities, pursue multiple problems at the same time, accurately reflect current state and drive towards desired state
  • Ability to translate technical problems into business terms
  • Strong telephone/email etiquette
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening, questioning and analytical skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Language skills: French, English, and German, any other language would be considered an additional asset

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer science

 

Personality

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High degree of diligence and professionalism
  • Entrepreneurial attitude to shape the business unit
  • High standards of integrity and ethics
