Digital marketing is today a caveat for any company, including B2B organizations.

Fundsquare is pursuing a marketing transformation towards Digital Marketing strategies and developing and deploying new processes and tools for organization’s multi-channel communication strategies for Brand awareness, Leads generation and nurturing.

We offer the opportunity to have a look behind the scenes and to share some knowledge and are looking for an:

Intern (f/m) to support our
Product Management & Marketing Team

 

Main objectives

  • To participate to the realization and consolidation of the Lead generation process, by screening potential leads, nurturing and allocating mature ones to the sales team
  • To participate to the development and deployment of the overall digital strategy plan by supporting the Web redesign project and White Labeling product
  • To develop reporting tools to oversee the performance of online marketing campaigns through statistical methodologies that cover multiple marketing channels including email, newsletters, web portal, social media and blogs
  • To oversight competitors’ online activities and communities discussions

 

Role

  • Manage the contact database and assisting with instrument conversion points, optimize user funnels and lead generation activities
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing activities, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Contribute to the definition of the Company Communication Plan by conducting key word research and identifying trends topics (“fish where the fish are”)

 

Profile

Qualifications:

  • Web and/or digital content experience, web publishing, SEO/SEM managing, social media usage, Web data analytics activities, Leads analysis
  • Digital marketing or a related field

 

Technical Skills:

  • Excellent writing capability in business English
  • Strong working knowledge of social networking tools, e.g. Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
  • Knowledge of the Fund Industry and fund distribution activities

 

Soft Skills requirements:
  • Possess excellent writing, editing, creative and analytical skills
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Work proactively and volunteer assistance without being asked & under tight schedules
