Fundsquare has implemented a SOC 2 framework

Providing independent assessment of Fundsquare’s controls

In April, Fundsquare passed all the required steps and a full audit required to gain a SOC 2 framework.

SOC 2 (Service Organization Controls) is a widely recognized certification that reports on controls at a service organization relevant to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality or privacy.

For Fundsquare, this report describes the control environment, control objectives and related controls for the processing of transactions for clients of its order management and processing of data of its regulatory services.

Fundsquare, as a market infrastructure, is committed to having a strong control environment throughout the company and with this certification clients will have greater insight into the controls, procedures and systems in place. As such, the SOC 2 report provides users and prospective users of Fundsquare services, as well as their auditors, with information about the Fundsquare order management services and regulatory services system.
